Kasey & Jake's Wedding

This was my first "official" wedding. I was Angie Adams' second shooter and we had such a blast together!

My day started at the salon with the girls, and then to the church for the ceremony. Then it was off to the reception via the RockStar party bus (loved the pictures from the bus!!). Such a fun start to Kasey's and Jake's marriage!!

Another fall shoot! This is my cousin, Sam. It started out as a rainy, gloomy morning. But then the sun came out just in time for us to take advantage of the trees changing colors in Geneva!

Fall Senior Pics

I completely understand why so many people want pictures in the fall. The colors are beautiful! The changing colors in the state park provided a perfect backdrop for Tori's senior pictures. I love the way they turned out!

So Much to Catch Up On!

I have not been able to get on here for so long! There's lots going on... school, Sean & I are moving, school, a family funeral, school, and did I mention school?

But here I am and I've had a lot of shoots recently! I will post more pictures later, but here's the first set. These three siblings were so much fun to work with! I also did Tori's senior pictures, but you'll see that later....

My first wedding... sort of.

A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to tag along with a friend of mine, Angie Adams, while she photographed a wedding at a new winery. It was a beautiful day and provided me with some great practice for shooting weddings... check it out!

Sara's Senior Pics

I've been MIA on here for a while... school started! I am a high school biology teacher, and that takes up just about all of my free time.

But last weekend I was able to get back behind the camera to shoot Sara's Senior Pictures! I missed it! I coached Sara a few years ago... she is one of the most coachable kids I've ever worked with. So I was psyched to work with her off the field... of course we still ended up there for some fun "pictures of a softball with Sara in the background".

Give A Dog A Bone...

I was so inspired by the pictures of Amanda and Aspen that I decided to take some shots of my own furbaby, MacKenzie. I had also just bought some new backdrops and wanted to practice with them... thank god my dog was willing to sit through it! But then again, I did give her a giant bone. Win-win situation!!

Woman's Best Friend

This week I took pictures of Amanda and her dog, Aspen. I am having a hard time deciding which ones to post here because there were so many great, heartfelt shots to choose from! There's just something about that special bond between a girl and her dog......
